Placing an order
Once your order has been placed, the gift is then received via email or SMS. From there, the giftee then makes their selection through our merchant partner and inputs their delivery details. The order is then placed with our merchant partner for delivery.
Once the giftee has inputted their delivery address details, our merchant partner will be in touch with them over email to share an update on delivery timelines.
Yes, sending a gift is a straightforward and simple process for all Appreci products. As the sender, you choose what you would like to send, then confirm your purchase by clicking send.
As the giftee, you receive a gift for either coffee, wine, beer, chocolate or a gift card. For all products, the giftee will get to make their selection from a catalogue once their gift has been redeemed.
Yes! As the sender, once you make your purchase you will have the option of sending either a text, audio or uploaded video recording if you have sent your gift using the full service account.
When sending your gift directly from the website, you simply choose the gift and send your gift with a text related message only.
Sorry, we don’t have this feature available just yet. We hope to have this available in the near future.
If your giftee has already redeemed their gift by filling out their delivery address, unfortunately you will not be able to change your order. All orders placed with Appreci go through to a merchant partner and their logistics teams are (thankfully) very quick to fulfil orders. However, If you have put an order through and it hasn’t been redeemed by your giftee, you can cancel it {here} if you wish to do so.
Once the gift has been cancelled, this will become credit for you to apply to future orders and you will receive an email with a credit note.
Receiving a delivery
We are so sorry to hear that your gift hasn’t been received smoothly. Please contact hello@appreci.io and in the subject line, type “Gift Never Received” In the body of the email, just tell us which account (username) the gift was ordered and sent from and we will respond to your query within 24 hours.
Appreci gift deliveries are generally received within 3 days. Of course, there can be delays during peak time such as Christmas etc. but this will depend on the gift choice and occasion. If you’re wanting to send a gift that is received with a quick turnaround time, the best option would be to send a coffee or gift card and have it redeemed the same day.
Corporate customers
You will need to upload your contacts via a CSV file and place an order the same as sending to a single person.
Yes, however this will be on a case by case basis. Appreci already offers products at a price that has been negotiated with its merchant partners.
Yes, depending on location and requirements, Appreci will try to offer flexible delivery arrangements where it can be permitted.

Yes, so far we have partnered with the Hidden Sea, and every bottle purchased through this wonderful company leads to the removal of 10 plastic bottles from the ocean. We are always open to hear from social impact businesses looking to discuss potential partnerships.
